Where are La Bloom pieces made?

Every piece is designed and produced in our own atelier in Medellin, Colombia, where La Bloom was founded in 2015. We work in small runs, not mass production.

What does made-to-order mean?

Some pieces are cut after you order, in our Medellin atelier, and take about three to four weeks before they ship. It is slower than fast fashion on purpose: your piece is made when you order it, not stacked in a warehouse.

Do you have a store in New York?

Yes. Our showroom is at 29 Nassau Avenue in Brooklyn, open seven days a week by appointment only. Book a showroom visit.

What happens at a fitting?

You try pieces from the current collection, we talk about what you are dressing for, and we build your closet together, one appointment at a time.

How do I find my size?

See Size & Fit. Every product page lists the model's height and the size she wears.

What about shipping and returns?

Ready-to-wear pieces ship from New York. Made-to-order pieces are cut in Medellin and take three to four weeks before shipping. Our full US shipping and returns policy is being finalized for the new store; in the meantime, write to labloomclothing.nyc@gmail.com and we will take care of you personally.

How do I care for delicate fabrics?

Cold hand wash or delicate cycle in a wash bag, hang to dry, low iron if needed. Details are on each product page.
